Stand in Peace

     When all else is done then it is time to stand in peace. When you have done all you know to do from all that God has revealed to you then stand. Moses told the people, “Do not fret, stand still and see the Lord’s salvation…The Lord shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” (Exodus 14:13-14) Who will make your point? Who will make things right? How can anyone think that they really can right the wrong when we too have wronged others? It is best that we follow these principles and then leave the results in the hand of God. The most miserable person in the entire world is a Christian who is not abiding in the peace of God. If you are that person then it is time to empty yourself before God and lay all the things that stir you before the altar of God and ask Him to fill you with His peace. It is time for a change in the way we handle things so we can stand in peace. When we have discovered the things that make for peace then there is where we need to stand.
